The Lamiglas G1000 Pro Spiral Wrapped Casting Float Rod models were adapted from consistently dependable and effective salmon/steelhead rod blanks from the G1000 Pro Series. The Lamiglas rod-building design for the modern practice of spiral-wrapped baitcasters makes each Lamiglas steelhead float rod easy to cast and control while providing the most consistent pressure to the blank throughout, giving you maximum leverage on fish!

Those who have yet to fish a spiral wrap float rod will be surprised at the castability of this configuration. It can present a float setup expertly, with enough length to mend efficiently, and when you're all bent up on a fish, the line spirals around the blank, never touching it and making maximum use of the power of the blank. This way, you have a good chance of landing larger fish than usual. Dedicated steelhead anglers will enjoy the lightweight float dominance of the MLC model, while anglers targeting salmon and trophy-class steelhead will get the most out of the MHC. The spiral wrap gives you a best-of-both-worlds guide distribution that provides leverage against more robust fish. These Lamiglas G1000 Pro Spiral Wrapped baitcasters must be fished to feel the advantages of this design!
