The Daiwa Sol MQ Spinning Reel delivers lightweight strength, smooth rotation, and refined control for anglers who need performance across both freshwater and saltwater. Built around a corrosion-resistant Zaion body, the Sol MQ keeps weight low without compromising strength, while a 7BB + 1RB bearing system and Tough Digigear ensure smooth cranking and lasting durability. With a gear ratio of 6.2:1, it offers quick line pickup for everything from finesse presentations to fast retrieves. Available in a range of sizes, the Sol MQ offers tailored performance for a variety of species and techniques. The 1000 size excels for trout, panfish, and finesse inshore presentations, while the 5000 size provides the power needed for larger freshwater targets or hard-fighting inshore fish like redfish and snook. Daiwa’s Air Rotor and Air Bail systems work together to enhance sensitivity and control, with the hollow stainless steel bail promoting smooth, friction-free line flow for consistent casting and trouble-free line management in any setting.
