The Daiwa Great Lake Line Counter Reel gives trolling anglers precise depth control when pulling crankbaits, spoons, and flashers for salmon, walleye, trout, and steelhead. Its direct drive line-counter configuration delivers an accurate readout of line length, helping you repeat productive passes along breaklines and temperature bands. A composite one-piece frame maintains rigidity to keep internal components rock steady while reducing overall weight for long days on planer boards and downriggers. The deep capacity aluminum spool handles heavy mono and braid setups, and the loud spool clicker signals strikes clearly in rough water. An auto-engaging clutch streamlines redeployment after a fish, while the soft-touch T-shape power handle provides a secure, ergonomic grip during steady retrieves and hard runs.
