    First off, this pole seems excellent! It's quality built and should hopefully last a long time. I like the way it looks and feels. Stiffness is exactly as described. Very happy with the purchase. I had to get customer service involved because USPS failed to deliver this rod the first time. They basically stole it. The took the rod from Fish USA but never scanned the barcode. The tracking number never updated from there and that was it, no rod in sight. After contacting customer service they did not hesitate to send me a replacement and this time they used Fed Ex. The replacement rod arrived three days after contacting CS at Fish USA. For me, it's all about customer service. I can buy fishing supplies anywhere to feed my addiction. It's ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nice job making this right, thank you!
