Wapsi Variegated Chenille gives fly bodies a mottled, two-tone look that matches the streaked color you see on leeches, stoneflies, nymphs, and crayfish, helping trout, smallmouth, and panfish track your pattern with less “solid” color and more natural contrast. The medium-size chenille alternates two bands of color to create lifelike segmentation plus a slight shimmer, and it wraps quickly for clean, consistent bodies on staple patterns like Woolly Buggers and Brindle Bugs. Tie it into Pat’s Rubber Legs (Girdle Bug, Pickle) and other stonefly nymph or streamer patterns that rely on chenille to build bulk, then adjust the silhouette with wrap count while the variegated bands keep the body looking buggy. Each card holds about 15 ft of material, so you can crank out a pile of confidence flies without running short.

• Alternating two-color bands add lifelike contrast and subtle shimmer
• Medium size chenille for fast, consistent bodies on streamers and nymphs
• Great for Woolly Buggers, Brindle Bugs, Pat’s Rubber Legs, and other chenille-based patterns
• Approx. 15 ft per card
