The St. Croix Avid Inshore Casting Rod gives inshore anglers a responsive, one-piece Horizon Blue platform built around an SCIII+ carbon fiber blank that handles redfish, snook, speckled trout, and nearshore bass with crisp power when working jigs, topwaters, and soft plastics along mangroves, oyster edges, and grass flats. Integrated Poly Curve Technology removes transitional points for smoother loading, while exotic carbon fiber reinforcement adds 10x strength and prevents ovaling under load. Precision-cut, curved patterns improve action and sensitivity, and the advanced super-resin system maintains proper fiber alignment to stop microbuckling. Alconite-ring guides with stainless steel frames, an agglomerated cork handle, and a premium EVA or rubber gimbal butt cap round out a rod that supports long sessions and tight-quarter presentations.
