The Shimano SLX Casting Rod series offers revamped and eye-catching styling to match its fine-tuning. The Shimano SLX rod series delivers even more tournament-level performance and versatility than previous generations. Shimano SLX rods feature proprietary DIAFLASH technology, which prevents line twisting and improves anglers' pulling power through carbon tape wrapped in an "X" pattern in the butt section of the rod. This Shimano baitcaster rod lineup now offers a model specifically meant for throwing large swimbaits, adding to the comprehensive roster of SLX rods. The Shimano rod series also features durable titanium oxide guides for improved casting distance and those who want to use braided lines. You'll gain all-day holding comfort with a custom reel seat and EVA split-grip handles with custom logos.
