Metz #2 Micro-Barb Saddle gives dry fly tiers long, flexible hackle with deep, natural consistent colors that help create high-floating, durable patterns for selective trout. Metz’s stringent breeder selection and strict grading procedures ensure dependable quality, and this #2 grade saddle delivers long feathers with fine micro-barbs that wrap cleanly and evenly on a wide range of hook sizes. The flexible stems allow smooth winding without breakage, while the length of each hackle lets you tie multiple flies from a single feather.
