The Mad Katz Reel Xalt 6550 is a baitcasting levelwind reel with a Carbon X drag system that delivers up to 18 lbs of drag. These catfish baitcast reels perform exceptionally well and look great, matching any Mad Katz series rod color patterns, all at an affordable price. It features a hard-anodized aluminum side plate, a large aluminum spool with a line marker, and a chrome-plated brass frame. This baitcaster reel for catfish features a silent double-dog reverse and precision bearing action, including five stainless-steel ball bearings and a zero-reverse one-way clutch bearing.
