Great customer service
by Nazariy Bench
I ordered the medium heavy rod and it came in timely and packaged nicely, however when i took it out to the water, i noticed that one of the rings was broken at the connection and bent facing down (instead of up).
I called FishUSA and they were super nice to let me replace the rod for free. Great customer service and great personnel.
Otherwise the rod by itself works very well, had great action, and was working perfectly (besides the broken ring). Im new to centerpin but I would safely say that this rod will be able to hold big fish and great to get to far away places since its 13ft long.
Thanks again to FishUSA for great customer service and you made me very happy :)
Redline 11 3" explodes upon hookset while float fishing.
I purchased the Redline 11'3" rod the end of August last year. I finally had an opportunity to put this rod into action for the first time on the Salmon River, Pulaski NY this past Monday 4/19/21. All seemed fine when it exploded into two pieces while making a hookset on a steelhead. The rod broke clean through approximately 4" above the ferrule. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed.
Awesome float rod
I bought the 11’ light for centerpinning floats on east Wisconsin rivers. Awesome awesome rod. Perfect for 6-8 lb. line. Rod is also soft enough to load up light rigs at small distances. Awesome float rod.
Incredible Customer Service

The stars isn’t for Lamiglas, it’s for FishUSA and their incredible customer service. One week after ordering the 12’ 6-15lb centerspin it broke first time out. I called fishusa and a brand new rod was sent 2 days later no charges at all.
For the product - this was the second issue I’ve had with Lamiglas rods snapping WAY TOO EASILY. I do not recommend Lamiglas products
broke in one hour
