Product Details

The KastKing Hammer Braid gives the features you want in great 4-carrier braids, like strength, steadfast color hold, a smooth surface, and abrasion resistance with near-zero stretch. KastKing states its average Hammer Braid braided fishing line is 10% stronger than standard 4-carrier braids of the same test strength, getting that way from micro-filament UHMWPE fiber in a unique Diamond Braid pattern. KastKing also applies an engineered proprietary coating (EPC) process to pre-treat fibers for color retention with virtually no fading and loss of color – which contributes to greater knot strength as well.

KastKing Hammer Braided Fishing Line claims to have a smoother surface due to its tighter braid configuration found over competitor braids, working to your advantage for longer casts. Speaking of long, a pre-treatment process on the "Hammer Tough" braid construction creates top-tier abrasion resistance to lengthen the line's life. And with a stretch factor of less than 4% to the breaking point, Hammer Braid increases your ability to feel the light biters and make powerful hook sets. With many test strengths to choose from, KastKing Hammer Braid has a line for nearly any species you chase.
