The Hofmann's Lures Superior Spinner series offers well-made choices in an inline spinner when fishing to lure panfish, trout, bass, and larger predatory fish. The Superior Spinner resists shaft bend because it's made with what is claimed to be the heaviest gauge stainless steel wire in an inline spinner series. Additionally, its large shaft reduces clevis wobble and adds weight to the spinning lure. The clevis bearing itself is sleek and well-balanced so as not to interfere with the rotation of the 0.025-inch thick brass French blade, which emits more sound than traditional 0.018-inch thick blades.
