With the Echo Prime Fly Rod, you'll be getting your fly to the target in tough saltwater environments as fast as possible! Prime is among the lightest saltwater fly rods Echo has developed. The shorter rod length travels through the entire casting motion quickly and with reduced torque for a less stressful cast. The flex in this fly rod enables you to develop more precise timing, which results in better rod loads, tighter loops, and fewer false casts. You'll have no trouble accurately delivering your fly in the 40-60 ft. "kill zone" in the saltwater flats!
The Echo Prime Fly Rod is available in two- and four-piece models. The four-piece rod has TiC-coated snake guides, whereas the two-piece has solid titanium alloy snake guides for greater weather resistance if left out in your boat all season. All Prime Fly Rods feature a Dual Zone handle to accommodate your preferred grip choice, as well as a fighting butt to lean against your arm when picking up line or your hip when wrestling big fish.
