The Echo Overcast Fly Rod gives saltwater fly anglers the extra line speed and control needed to drive tight, accurate casts through wind, cover distance on open flats, and place heavier flies around mangroves and structure. Its 9'3" length creates a longer casting lever without giving up close-range feel, while the 6-10-weight lineup lets anglers match a rod to bonefish, redfish, snook, permit, coastal striped bass, and smaller tarpon applications.

Ceracoil stripper guides with SIC inserts and TICN-coated snake guides help reduce line friction, and the matte black blank with red wraps keeps the look clean and purposeful. A Flip Pallot modified Full Wells grip with an exposed upper reel seat supports comfortable casting, while the custom reel seat adds visual reel-foot cues, an integrated hook keeper, and line-weight identification wraps for quick setup. Each rod includes an impact-resistant ECHO Rod Roll that carries up to three rods and meets carry-on requirements, making it a practical option for destination saltwater trips.
