Douglas does it right

by

I put my kingpin imperial 575 on the 13 footer and go to town. the 13 footer can put the brakes on some big kings. pair this up with your favorite centerpin and some 15 pound bloodrun and you got a big water machine.

Great rod for a great price

I thoroughly enjoy fishing this rod for steelhead in upstate NY. The rod is quality built with a really sharp deep blue finish. The 11'6 paired with my Raven sst-3 makes for a deadly combo. The rod itself has more than enough power in the back in to put the wood to a fish when need be yet is soft enough to protect my light leaders for winter fishing. Overall i would recommend this rod to anyone who asked!
