The Cortland Guide Series Euro-Nymph Fly Outfit gives tight-line anglers a complete, balanced setup for contact nymphing and precise drift control on trout rivers. The fast-action, lightweight 4-piece graphite rod offers the reach and sensitivity needed to track subtle takes from brown trout and rainbows in pocket water and deep runs. An aluminum reel seat secures the large arbor aluminum reel, which comes pre-spooled with 150 yards of backing and a Cortland-designed fly line featuring a welded loop for clean connections. A premium 20 ft. multi-colored Euro nymph tapered leader arrives attached, along with a 2 mm tippet ring that simplifies adding fresh tippet and building multi-fly rigs. The included rod-and-reel carrying case protects the outfit during travel and keeps your tight-line system organized between sessions on rivers and tailwaters.
