Anglers Image Cast Connectors are small oblong plastic pieces with an opening at each end so that you can connect the fly line to the leader easily with a couple of overhand knots to each. The shape lends itself to pass through guidelines without snagging (unlike a knot sometimes can) and will not disrupt the cast, line mend, or dead drift.
