The A-TOM-MIK Rhys Davis Meat Rig gives Great Lakes salmon anglers a proven meat presentation for putting big King salmon in the net. Insert a herring strip into the bait head, then troll the rig behind your preferred Spin Doctor or flasher to add a natural bait option to your spread. The rig uses 66 inches of 40 lb. Gamma fluorocarbon with a treble hook for handling powerful Chinook, while an 80 lb. sterling silver Rosco bead chain adds dependable strength. A Rosco swivel positioned below the third fly also makes it easier to replace worn leaders during long days of trolling. Gently tune the bait head to adjust its action, but avoid tuning chrome heads.
