Trout Soft Beads

Trout soft beads (soft egg imitations) deliver a natural feel and subtle drift that convinces pressured trout and steelhead. At FishUSA, you’ll find soft beads for trout in proven sizes (6–14 mm) and colorways—from natural roe and mottled blends to UV and glow—for clear, stained, and low-light conditions. Their soft, buoyant bodies ride the current realistically, stay pinned longer in a fish’s mouth, and reduce short strikes compared to hard plastics. Rig as a pegged bead 1–2 inches above a hook for improved hook placement, or slide directly to the eye for close-quarters presentations. Pair with fluorocarbon leaders, quality swivels, and bead pegs/stops for tangle-free float fishing and drift fishing in rivers and tributaries. Match size and color to the hatch, adjust spacing to current speed, and fish confidently with durable, scent-friendly soft beads built for tough flows and wary fish. (Always confirm local regulations.)
