To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please follow the steps below:

1. Download and print your return form – This form includes your return details and helps us identify your package when it arrives. Place the printed form inside your return package.
2. Prepare your package – Please use the original packaging if possible. Include all parts, manuals, warranties, and accessories. If the original packaging isn’t available, use a sturdy box and packing materials to protect your item during shipping.
3. Ship with your preferred carrier – You are responsible for postage and insurance. We recommend obtaining a tracking number and insuring your package for its full value.
