The Yamamoto Yamatanuki stick bait is very dense, and its voluminous body and rounded shape have helped make it a trendsetting soft plastic for bass from the Japanese Yamamoto lineup. It mimics a grub or a worm that can be used for almost all rigs, seasons, and water conditions. The Yamamoto Baits Yamatanuki 2.5 and 3.5 soft baits are each finesse baits in an array of fish-catching colors chosen by its pro staff. The Yamamoto Yamatanuki 2.5 casts great and falls fast, making it a very effective finesse soft plastic bait when used in conjunction with forward-facing sonar units. Fished weightless, the Yamatanuki is an exceptional choice for flipping, casting, and dragging across underwater terrain. The Yamamoto Yamatanuki 3.5, larger than your average finesse bait size weighing 5/8 oz., possesses the same qualities. Like its smaller sibling, it's best fished weightless on a wide gap hook and is a potent, if unorthodox, finesse soft plastic with forward-facing sonar units.

• Heavy, soft plastic formula
• Fish weightless – casts great and falls fast
