Widow Maker Lures Scud Missile Series Tungsten Jigs move fast to the bottom like a missile in a straight line, getting to deep water when other jigs don't reach. The Scud Missile represents the shape, length, and custom colors to fit the soft-shelled protein-rich freshwater shrimp that inhabit decaying leaves and vegetation at the bottoms of lakes or rivers.  A heavyweight deep water jig is needed to reach the bottom, and a scud shape is an excellent way to get the bite. This is an ice fishing jig, an open water jig, or a finesse jig, and you'll fool plenty of bluegills with the great options here because of its nice and small size. Scuds are also a major source of food for trout in tailwaters and still water.
