Does not come with tubing to attach the line to the top of the float, only the bottom. Maybe there is a rigging I'm not aware of, but this is a requirement in any setup I've ever used.

putting a rubber band on the top, with live bait, like minnows does not work, because the bait swims around the bobber, and makes a birds nest. About the metal wieght slipping off, just pinch it.

The Thill Steelhead Float offers precision depth control and smooth presentation when targeting steelhead in rivers and streams. Its slip float design uses a soft latex tubing sleeve to secure the float to the line without damage, while allowing quick, easy depth adjustments. The buoyant balsa body sits lower on the shortened shaft, improving stability in current and reducing drift resistance for a more natural bait flow. Available in two sizes to match different river conditions and bait setups, it delivers the control and sensitivity needed for productive drifts.
