From finesse drop shotting for smallmouth in current seams to skipping soft plastics under docks for largemouth, the St. Croix Legend X2 Spinning Rod delivers elite-level sensitivity, strength, and balance for demanding presentations. Built on a SCVII carbon fiber blank infused with graphene, the rod combines a high modulus backbone with extreme responsiveness in hand. The addition of VEIL scrim increases impact resistance without added weight, providing serious durability for anglers fishing around structure, boulders, or docks.

Advanced blank technologies enhance feel and feedback while maintaining power through the mid and butt sections. Integrated Poly Curve (IPC) mandrel technology creates smooth tapers with no flat spots, while Taper Enhancement Technology (TET) refines the transition between power and tip control. Fortified Resin System (FRS) and Advanced Reinforcing Technology (ART) work together to improve hoop strength and maintain consistent power during aggressive hooksets or hard runs.
