The Shimano Thunnus Spinning Reel blends lightweight control with battle-ready strength for anglers targeting inshore species and live bait applications offshore. Its CI4+ body and rotor construction shed unnecessary weight without compromising rigidity, giving you the precision and balance needed for extended sessions. The cold-forged HAGANE Gear delivers smooth, consistent torque that holds up under pressure, while shielded S A-RB bearings keep salt and debris from disrupting rotation. Shimano’s Propulsion Line Management System and one-piece bail optimize line flow and reduce friction for longer, cleaner casts with fewer tangles. From pitching live bait to running cut bait with current, the Thunnus keeps your setup responsive, efficient, and ready for your next big catch.
