    A very nice rod made with quality components for a great price. I got the 6'9" ultralight rod. I have thrown lures down to 1/32 oz. It will throw them but I believe lures in the 1/16 - 1/8 oz. range are better suited for this rod. It has plenty of power in the butt while the top 1/3 is light enough to easily make long casts with lures in that weight range. It is a true fast action rod that has good sensitivity for bottom contact baits and it works well with moving baits with small, light treble hooks. I catch quite a few Bass while fishing for Bluegill and Crappie and this rod has already been tested with Bass up to 6 lbs. If you want an ultralight rod that isn't a wobbly noodle you should consider the Compre.
