SemperFli Guard Hair Chenille adds a lively, breathing profile to your flies when trout, steelhead, bass, pike, and saltwater species respond to motion on the pause and during the swing. This fly tying chenille imitates animal fur guard hairs with a 10mm core and long 20mm guard hairs that protrude from the main fibers, creating a fuller silhouette and active movement in the water. Tie it into streamers, Montanas, buggers, blobs, and predator patterns when you want the body to keep working through short strips, steady retrieves, and current seams.
