The large arbor increases line retrieval speed and reduces line memory. Fundamentally, Zero Fly Reels operate with two components; an anodized aluminum click-pawl drag system and a dual ring gear to allow for optimum lifespan. The soft-touch ergonomic handle is comfortable and a simple push of a button releases the spool. Works wonderfully when paired with lightweight rods or even higher weighted fly rods when going after larger fish than small stream trout.
