How can I fish the Rapala Ultra Light Rippin' Rap deeper?
Rapala suggests using the "countdown method" to get the lure deeper into the water column before retrieving it. Ultra Light Rippin' Raps normally swim about 3 feet deep, but by letting the lure sink to your desired depth and reeling it back at a slow to moderate speed, the lure will hold its depth. An irregular retrieve gives this ultra-light minnow lure additional action and flash.
