RIO Specialty Series Elite Predator Fly Line approaches freshwater fly fishing with the idea that the biggest flies catch the biggest fish! The Elite Predator fly lines boast a short yet powerful front taper with plenty of forwarding weight to turn over large flies when targeting trout, bass, pike, or musky. The RIO Elite Predator series offers four different fly line densities to target freshwater monsters: a full floating option (F) for topwater risers; a floating line with 10 ft. "hover" and "intermediate" sinking line sections (F/H/I) for fishing within the first two to three feet; a floating line with 10 ft. intermediate-sink and medium-sink front segments (F/I/S3) for fishing mid-water; and a floating fly line with 10 ft. zones of fast-sinking and extra-fast sinking line (F/S5/S7) to reach deeper quickly. The Elite Predator Fly Line Specialty Series is built with exceptional features like RIO's ConnectCore Plus for low-stretch performance, SlickCast durable coating, SureFire triple-color line marking system for controlling distance/accuracy, and front and back welded loops to easily affix the line to backing and leader/tippet.
