Tiny spoon
This is a great looking spoon. It's really small but I've had pretty decent luck on it for perch.

Catches everything, Crappie,white & yellow perch, Bass & pickerel. Anything that swims.

Excellent perch jig haven't tried on crappie as of yet . If there's a downside to these jigs it's that the hook gets hooked up on the fishing line frequently.
Perch really like these jigs big perch seem to go for them very aggressively

I love this lure in red dot glow good producer when they want to look but not bite.
