Go-To trout lure
by a23fish
I've been using Rooster Tails for years while trout fishing. My favorite two colors: Grey Minnow (basically white) and Brown Trout. These also catch bass, perch, and sunfish. When teaching my brothers to fish, I told them "Throw that white Rooster Tail in there, if it doesn't get bit, there aren't any fish here."
All purpose lures

Rooster tails are my "go-to" lure. I'm glad FishUSA lists the entire catalog of the original version. If it's not in stock, I subscribe to the notification lists so I can order them
small stream fisher

i have been using rooster tail lures for 40+ years. no other lure has been as effective where i live in CT. if you ever stop making them i may consider retiring from fishing. it'll just be a lot harder to catch fish!
Single Hook Rooster Tail
by David Stockwell
Great lure but I am wanting the single hook version and can't find them anywhere except Wardens website and it is under construction.
Like the frog green ones.

I ordered 1/4 ounce and received 1/16 ounce rusty crawdad. I ordered 1/4 ounce frog green and got them! Would have been happier if I got what I ordered. Probably my mistake...Sent back the crawdads. Going to see if this store is OK or not by their answer...
