The Okuma Helios XT Casting Reel gives bass anglers a rigid, smooth, and highly adjustable baitcaster for pitching jigs, burning spinnerbaits, skipping soft plastics, and casting crankbaits, jerkbaits, and topwaters around grass, docks, wood, and rock. A rigid ALC aluminum frame provides a solid foundation under load, while C40X gear and palm sideplates help reduce weight without giving up control. The CNC-cut anodized aluminum drive gear and machine-cut brass pinion gear create dependable cranking power, supported by a smooth 10BB + 1RB bearing drive system. A 90mm swept aluminum handle adds leverage, the multi-disc stainless steel and Carbonite drag system controls hard runs, and the internal adjustable centrifugal cast control system helps fine-tune presentations. A JDM-style audible drag click gives anglers added feedback during the fight.
