The Okuma Connoisseur B Salmon & Steelhead Spinning Rod gives anglers a responsive and balanced tool for targeting migratory fish in rivers and tributaries. Built on a light yet durable 24-ton carbon blank, this two-piece rod offers steelhead-specific actions and powers for detecting subtle takes and driving solid hooksets. The Ultimate Flex Reinforcement (UFR) rod tip enhances lifting strength while maintaining a crisp tip response, ideal for controlling fish during aggressive runs.

A tip-over-butt ferrule connection improves blank balance and transitions power smoothly through the rod. Stainless steel guide frames with zirconium inserts handle braided or monofilament lines with minimal friction, while the full neo-cork fore and rear grips offer a secure, classic feel in wet or cold conditions. Whether float fishing, drift fishing, or casting hardware, the Connoisseur B performs reliably in demanding freshwater environments.
