The Megabass X-70 is a slender BFS lure (2 3/4 in., 1/6 oz.) tuned to hang in the shallows, suspending in the 1-2 ft. range with irresistible and wide side-to-side darting action. The unique flat body design of the small minnow-style jerkbait dispenses impressive flash with a simple retrieve, appearing as a live bait would with natural, flickering swimming.

You can harness the most from the flat-sided X-70 finesse bait's suspending action by dead-drifting or twitching and jerking it in current. In most situations, a braid to 4-6 lb. fluorocarbon leader material setup gets this Megabass lure's most responsive action. Closely mimicking injured baitfish and other forage, the Megabass X-70 jerkbait hunts the skinny water in rivers, flats, and shallow docks where you previously might not dare to go with a jerkbait.
