The Megabass Sleeper Gill answers the call with a bluegill profile and a paddle tail that delivers alluring action. You can swim the bait like other fast-moving lures to create an exciting tail kick and slight body roll, or crawl it along the bottom to make the paddle tail gently wave. A low center of gravity keeps the Megabass Sleeper Gill plumb and upright when swimming or when you fish it slowly in a foraging manner. The detailed patterning is enough to fool even the most attentive hunters that ambush prey from heavy cover. The Gill swimbait moves in and out of those fishy-looking areas nimbly, armed with a concealed hook carried in the dorsal fin weed guard pioneered by the Dark Sleeper family. When under attack, the Sleeper Gill's hollow areas collapse to turn more bites into hookups.
