Work a Megabass Magdraft Freestyle Swimbait if you want to reach every area big bass lurk. The snub-nose is designed for screw-lock hooks, and the pre-cut belly and groove topside offer more rigging options. Sink the Megabass Magdraft Freestyle into vegetation with 6/0 or 8/0 screw-lock hooks with weight; use on tule lines; add a flash blade when in open water to send signals to distant cruising bass. When paired with a heavy jig head, bottom bump the depths and over hardcover and lake drop-offs. Use a line-through rig to retrieve in the shallows or skip the swimbait underneath cut banks and overhangs. The swimbait is best retrieved on a medium-medium/slow pace to turn the Magdraft Freestyle into a tail thumping, head shaking, bass baiting phenomenon. You'll feel the thumping action through the line when you reach the right retrieval speed – then get ready for hard-hitting slams with the Megabass Magdraft Freestyle Swimbait.
