The Megabass Karashi Topwater Lure delivers a compact walking bait presentation that triggers surface strikes in pressured, clear-water environments where bass focus on small forage. At 2.3 inches and 3/16 oz, the Karashi excels during fry-guarding periods, post-spawn phases, and calm surface conditions when subtlety matters. Its internal ballast system improves tracking and castability, while the slim body walks tightly with minimal rod movement. This lure supports multiple high-impact presentations, including ultra-finesse i-motion retrieves, sub-surface twitches, tight-surface walking, and erratic, bait-busting bursts. A tinsel-dressed rear treble hook enhances visual appeal and helps stabilize i-motion swimming, adding realism during pause-and-twitch sequences that draw strikes from cautious bass.
