Maxima Clear Monofilament Leader Material is great for use as fly fishing leader, tippet material, and general leader material for various conventional uses. This line features a medium-stiff to stiff formula, slightly softer than Maxima Chameleon.

    I use Maxima both for fly leader construction and spinning leaders with braid. I have a lot of older Maxima leader spools that are still good after years of storage, it lasts. Double surgeons knot holds well to braid.
