Size 8 - the most popular size and is the ideal choice for most fishing conditions. These lures are perfect when fished with 4 to 6 pound test line for brook, rainbow, and brown trout.

Size 10 - approximately 30% smaller in physical size than the size 8 spinners. These lures are great when used with 2 to 4 pound test line and are well suited for use in smaller streams where the water is clear and more delicate presentations are desired.

Fantastic performance out of the box. A real producer of fish for running water in my area. Looking forward to trying the other colors! ** Not foul-proof. The hooks like to tangle on some of those trickier casts. Keep an eye out for change in lure action and its a simple fix.

Aaaahhh yes The Joes Flies Short Striker. A beautifully crafted piece of art that actually serves a purpose as it is irresistible to the much sought after Salvelinus Fontinalis. With Many fine patterns to choose from, one can certainly fill a creel with the most delectable water creatures to have ever lived. This fine piece of must have tackle is versatile as it can be flipped into a brook or sent into a pond or lake. Either way, it will more than likely catch your dinner and make for great memories while doing so. This simple, yet effective, spinner is flashy and sensitive; it does not take much for the spinner blade to work its magic. Again, this is a must have for your arsenal if you are one for outstanding quality and performance.

Joe's Flies are my favorite lure! I use them for trout, panfish, smallmouth & largemouth bass, but are all I use for trout. I keep well over 100 of these things around incase I lose one. I have them in every color, pattern & size available. I've never broken or destroyed a fly yet, they are pretty tough, but don't get one in a tree! all those hooks make it near impossible to retrieve. I stocked up again from FishUSA because the price was not outrageous and they had most of the colors I needed in stock. Shipping was fast and the order was correct. Ill be back!

Ive used the for years and always catch fish. I like a size 3 spoon but there hard to get now. Started using the super striker model lately to get the bigger spoon. Only use them for trout in streams
