The Jackson Athlete+ 12 VG Sinking Saltwater Crankbait delivers long-range castability and responsive swimming action that surf and inshore anglers rely on to locate scattered fish fast. At 120mm and 21g, this sinking lure maintains a stable trajectory thanks to a built-in vortex generator that reduces air resistance during the cast, while the flat-sided body throws intense flashes during its wobble-and-roll retrieve. Compared to slimmer baits, its taller profile increases visibility and triggers more bites from sea bass and other saltwater predators, especially in dynamic surf conditions. Outfitted with three sharp #5 trebles, the Athlete+ 12 VG handles aggressive strikes and holds tight in moving water. Use it to cover large sandy stretches, cast parallel to seawalls, or punch through wind where floating models fall short.
