When bass ignore traditional swimbaits, the Ima Glide 178 Glide Bait (Sinking Model) stands out with its slow-sinking action and versatile design, fishing like a soft jerkbait while doubling as a hard glide swimbait. This bait quivers naturally on the fall, mimicking a wounded baitfish that predators can’t resist. Its two-jointed body produces a smooth, side-to-side glide, while the rear hook placement increases hookups, preventing short strikes. Whether fished with slow retrieves, twitches, or sudden pauses, the IMA Glide Sinking excels in open water, around docks, and over submerged structure. Built for swimbait setups, the IMA Glide Sinking 7-inch (2.8 oz.) size, makes it an excellent choice for largemouth, smallmouth, and striped bass. Pair it with a swimbait rod and 15–30 lb. fluorocarbon for precise control and solid hooksets. When other baits fail to trigger a reaction, the Ima Glide 178 Glide Bait sinking model presents a unique, slow-falling target that trophy fish won’t ignore.
