The Grundens Bankside Wading Boots give trout, steelhead, salmon, and smallmouth anglers durable wading boots with strong river traction, rock protection, and better feel through technical water. The waterproof nubuck leather upper pairs with scratch rubber overlay reinforcements for abrasion resistance around rock, gravel, and ledge. A Vibram Idrogrip rubber outsole grips wet river terrain and accepts the Grundéns HEXAGRIP alloy cleat and carbide stud system, sold separately, while the EVA midsole with molded heel counter adds all-day comfort and locks the foot down through fast current, uneven runs, and slippery crossings. Concealed lace hardware helps protect stockingfoot wader neoprene, corrosion-resistant hardware handles saltwater use, and the no-PFAS construction adds a cleaner material choice.
