When jumbo perch are roaming beneath the ice, the Great Lakes Finesse Taco Spoon gives anglers a way to search beyond the immediate area below the hole. Shaped like a hard taco shell, this unconventional ice fishing spoon features a pronounced bend that produces a pulsing action while the bait swims away from the hole on the fall, covering more water and drawing fish in from the side. Originally developed for Lake Simcoe jumbo perch, the Taco Spoon has proven effective for a wide range of ice fishing species and excels when anglers need fish to chase horizontally instead of simply following a vertical presentation. Let the spoon swim out of sight, then retrieve it to create a sideways chase that can trigger fish holding away from the hole. Tip it with live bait or artificial bait, with an artificial egg adding a compact target while enhancing the spoon's action. The Blade #1 Willow Silver profile, glow powder coat finish, premium fine-wire hook, and included Quick Shop Clip give this perch spoon the flash, visibility, and convenient rigging anglers need for hardwater presentations.
