    I wanted an ultralightweight reel for panfish and trout. This seemed like it could be the perfect fit for me. When I got the reel, I was impressed with the handle and the bail. It looked like a quality piece of equipment. However, I was mistaken. When I turned the handle, I heard a noise as if something was rubbing. The retrieve was anything but smooth. I contacted Fishusa and sent the reel back for a replacement. I have no complaints about the process to return the reel or the time it took to get the replacement. I have to say I am disappointed as the same issues I had with the first reel were present with the replacement. At this point, I am going to have to ask for a refund and take the restocking fee hit. This was a gigantic waste of time.
