The Berkley PowerBait MaxScent Meaty Chunk gives bass anglers a bulky jig trailer that adds profile, scent, and a bigger meal look when fishing larger jigs through heavy cover. Its thick construction mimics a substantial crayfish chunk or aquatic morsel, making it a strong match for flipping laydowns, pitching into matted cover, or swimming a jig through grass, wood, and rock for largemouth and smallmouth bass. MaxScent technology creates a scent cloud that helps pull fish in from greater distances, while extra bumps along the body add more scent-releasing surface area for tentative fish that trail a bait before committing. When your presentation calls for a fuller trailer on larger jigs, the Meaty Chunk gives you the bulk and fish-triggering scent needed for close-quarters bass fishing.
