The Abu Garcia Ambassadeur C3 Striper Round Casting Reel gives striper anglers the drag control, casting stability, and cranking leverage needed for casting plugs, drifting live bait, trolling umbrella rigs, and working heavy swimbaits for striped bass and hybrid stripers. Its 4 stainless steel ball bearings plus 1 roller bearing deliver smooth operation, while the 5.3:1 gear ratio provides steady retrieve power for big baits, planer boards, downlines, and current seams. The Carbon Matrix drag system applies smooth, consistent pressure when stripers make hard runs, and the one-piece reel foot keeps the reel secure under heavy load. A 6-pin centrifugal braking system helps control spool speed during long casts, while the synchronized level wind system improves line lay and castability with braid or mono. The extended bent handle with power knobs adds the grip and torque needed to turn strong fish near boat traffic, rocks, bridges, and open-water bait schools.
