Brass grommet insert at the top - Manufacture only got it half right.
Pros: Brass grommet insert at the top
Best Uses: Crappie and Sunfish
Comments: Great thing about this float is there is a brass grommet insert at the top that allows line to easily slip through. Size wise, there is a big difference between large (3/4 inch) and X-large (7/8 Inch). For 4-6 lb mono, 3/4 inch is OK at he small side since a small split shot will make the float sink a little too much but the good thing is fish probably feel less resistance.

Thill pro floats float the best
Pros: easy to rig, easy cast, accurate great style
Best Uses: bait fishing or drifting, use with live bait or plastics or preserved
Comments: the Thill Pro series of floats were great easy to rig with bobber stoppers pinned or left free so weightless bait can be dragged and bounced along the bottom. these babies cast a mile are easy to see verry sensitive to touch even lite hits are noticible. the pencil style helps with casting length and accurracy
