 Great Net
Pros: Deep rubber bag
Cons: weight
Comments: This is a great net for stream trout fishing . On a recent trip I netted 5 that we're over 20 in. The only real complaint I have is that its a bit heavier than most nets.It handled trout up to 5 lbs with no problems.

 Great Net at Great Price
Comments: Great net and the lowest price I found for a rubber bag net. I have had this net for 2 years and it has held up very well so far. I just bought a second one to give as a gift.

 Great potential
Pros: great price for size and features
Cons: took over three months to receive due to back order
Best Uses: trout
Comments: Just holding it and with the rubber net bag, it would appear to be a very excellent price for a very functional looking net. With anything made of wood it will depend on the longevity to really be able to say this is a very good net for the price if you compare it to what else similar is available on the market. For fishing from a pontoon boat for larger trout, the opening and depth of the net should be very useful.

 Rubber net
Pros: Clear, Durable
Comments: Nice net, seems well made for the price. I like that its clear rubber because it disappears in water and doesn't scare fish making them flee from net at last minute. Large enough to handle big trout, deep enough that they won't jump out.

 Quality Net for Reasonable Price
Pros: Deep rubber bag, Quality, NET BAG PROTECTS THE FISH, Price, Durable, Light Weight, Good looking
Cons: Unaware of any
Best Uses: Landing Trout
Comments: As an avid fisher of not only trout but other species, I can safely say that Frabill's staff has their finger on the pulse for gear suited for various species. This Catch and Release Landing Net does not depart from their long tradition of quality items at a reasonable price. I do not hesitate to buy from them and feel you will be impressed with them as well if you haven't tried them yet.
 Good for the price
Pros: Functional
Cons: well made but not art
Best Uses: Landing Trout
Comments: If you want a net to catch fish and not a net to show off your good taste in art, this is the best for the money I could find.

 Great net
Pros: Functional, Durable, Easy To Maintain, Easy To Use
Cons: Way too small spring snap
Comments: Well made, good looking and functional net. No more struggling with flies tangled in fabric net bag. The spring loaded hook on the butt of the handle is WAY too small to hook it to the back of your vest, I replaced it with a qwick realese catch from my old net.

Great deal and functions very well
Pros: Easy To Maintain, Functional, Hooks don't get tangled, Easy To Use, Durable
Best Uses: Kayak canoe rafting, Fresh Water
Comments: After shopping everywhere for an affordable rubber trout net, I am very pleased with this find at Fish USA . When fishing from my kayak, I find that this net avoids getting my lure tangled as it was with my previous net. Couldn't be happier and the service from Fish USA was superb.

Good inexpensive net w/ deep rubber bag
Pros: Large enough for lunkers, Durable, Easy To Maintain, Deep rubber bag, Functional, Inexpensive, Easy To Use
Cons: A little heavy, Handle grip a bit large, Handle grip not rounded
Best Uses: Fresh Water
Comments: The handle is a bit large (almost reminds me of an old wooden tennis racket) and is semi-rectangular. To improve it, I would sand the grip to an oval configuration, making it more comfortable in the hand. This would also reduce the weight slightly, since the handle is the thickest portion of the net. Overall, a remarkable net for the price. I can lose one like it 3 times for the price of most nets!

Couldn't be Happier!!
Pros: Great Value, Light Weight, Fish Friendly, Durable
Best Uses: Landing Trout
Comments: I've wanted a landing net with the rubber netting for some time, but was not willing to pay the $$$$ for some of the models on the market. After seeing this net for more $ from the big name competition, I found fishusa.com and was sold on the LOW price and great service. It's light weight, and good product for the price. The wood frame/handle are commensurate with the price, so don't expect some refined work of art, but with normal use and care, this net will last a LONG time. Very Satisfied and EXACTLY what I was looking for.

High quality net for a superb price
Pros: Functional, Durable, Easy To Use, Price, Quality
Best Uses: Traveling, Fresh Water
Comments: This is a perfect net for it's price range and even well above it. I was in my local fly shop a few days ago and noticed a replica of this net made of expensive wood with a price tag of $90! The only thing you're paying for when you buy the more expensive wood is the type of wood. This net is great for trout fishing, where you need to prevent your net from taking off the slime of the fish. Because of the rubber net material, it's a tiny bit heavier than other mesh nets, but that's a given. With it's great looks and high quality finish, this net is perfect for any angler. I can't believe the quality of this net for only [$]

The Best for the Price
Pros: Good looking, Functional, Durable, Easy To Maintain, Solid, Easy To Use
Cons: Just a little Heavy
Best Uses: Fresh Water, Netting Big Trout
Comments: I have used this net all winter catching Big Rainbow trout, and it still looks brand-new. I have netted up to 23" Trout with this net and it holds up perfectly and doesn't harm the fish. The clip is great and the whole net is solid/durable. Fish don't get spooked as easily and hooks don't get caught/tangled. Super useful when you fish more than one fly at a time (guaranteed to get caught on a regular net).

Good quality but larger than I thought
Pros: Nice wood combination, Durable, Easy To Use, Functional
Cons: Too shiney to heavy
Best Uses: Fresh Water
Comments: Great value quality combination at a price 80% less than competition. Used 0000 steel wool to take down shinny finish to nice matte finish. I didn't realize the rubber bag would be so heavy compared to string net. The positive trade off is your flies wont get hooked in the strings. Wish net would come in smaller catch and release" size/style. You won't be disappointed in this net.
