Steelhead (from prior model)
Pros: Does its job
Cons: Prefer a little faster startup for slow flows
Best Uses: Drift Moving Water, Float fishing
Comments: I bought this pin at the beginning of the spring, and landed a decent amount of fish on it. I like the pin, but the bearing have began to slow down. If you are already spending 200$ I would recommend going the extra step, and buying a nicer pin. If all you have is 200$ then go for it. I have landed big fish on it, and still use it now, but regret not buying a nicer reel

Pretty / Smooth/Quality   (from prior model)
Pros: Great reel for the price., Flawless
Cons: None
Comments: This is my 3rd Okuma Center pin. I use it for small river carp fishing. The machining is amazing. Great looking reel. Of the three, an Adventa, a Sheffield DR II and the Raw II : I think the Raw II is the freest spinning, but for my purposes, a bit of a non-issue. If I were a steelheader, I'd probably choose the DR II for the Drag. Quality reels-great price-point. Highly recommend. An Aside: I do not Wallace cast , or side cast. I set the clicker, strip off how far I want to cast; hold the hook/lure/float so that about 5-8 feet of line is hanging down from the rod tip, side arm flip cast and lightly control the "running line" with my non-rod hand. Accurate to 60 feet. Be in the water or on a snag free shore. Shut off the clicker. Carp to 15#.. looking for the 20. Tight lines. Make Fish USA your tackle store. I have.

Great for the price!   (from prior model)
Pros: Great reel for the price.
Cons: Could not find any.
Best Uses: Float fishing
Comments: One of your best mid-range reels in my opinion. Great for beginners. But a quality reel that will get the job done for any skill level. It comes with two steel greased bearings. Start up is decent. Reel spins sufficiently. Boca makes ABEC 7 ceramic bearings for this reel. Installation is easy and takes ten minutes. Startup was much better and the reel spins noticeably longer. After the bearing upgrade this reel spins with the best of them.

Amazing reel! (from prior model)
Pros: Smooth spin, fast startup, Flawless
Cons: Could not find any
Best Uses: steelhead, steelhead/salmon, Drift Moving Water
Comments: This reel is completely dependent on the operators skill. It can land tiny smelt and monster steel head. I caught my personal best buck on it this past week, 15.7lbs, 33.8 inches, 17 inch girth. This reel handled the job like it was designed too. Flawless handling, smooth transitions allowing me to let this monster dive when it wanted, while letting me clench to keep him out of the log jams and snags. Landed this fish on a 8lbs fluorocarbon leader, any hiccup in this system and that fish would have mangled my setup. Okuma didn't let me down, this reel is an amazing center pin.

Works AOK   (from prior model)
Pros: Fast
Cons: Could not find any
Best Uses: Drift Moving Water
Comments: Managed to get out and use this baby. Works plenty good. Used it on the Yough River in fast to slow moving water and was very pleased. Managed three trout with no trouble. You can cover a lot of water with reel. I would imagine the more costly reels may work better. For the money a good buy.

My first Cenerpin   (from prior model)
Pros: Great Look, Smooth spin, Does its job
Cons:
Best Uses:
Comments: I purchased this reel as my first centerpin this past fall, and I have not been disappointed. I looked at many different reels, but since many of my friends has the aventa I was looking for something a little different. Not only is this reel silky smooth, but it looks sweet as well. The orange and silver are real sharp looking, but once you hook up with a fish those good looks step aside to a smooth reel that gets the job done. The reel pays out line smoothly on the drift, even in freezing temps. I paired this with the Shimano Clarus rod and have found a winning combo.

Holds up well and smooth (from prior model)
Pros: Great Look, Does its job
Cons: Prefer a little faster startup for slow flows
Best Uses: steelhead/salmon
Comments: I carry this in my pack as a backup. I bought it when I first got into center pinning when it first came out around 3 years ago. I had to break it out last week in MI because my Kingpin Zeppelin blew up.
